What do I need to submit to obtain a loan?

In order to give a preliminary loan quote, we need certain information.

Property operating statements for the last two years and current year-to-date.
Property rent roll (for current month).
Photographs and location map of the property.
Current personal financial statement of borrower(s).
Last three years personal tax returns of borrower(s) and/or principal(s) of corporate or partnership borrowing entity.
Any other information which may be helpful to determine the viability of your loan request.

Please note that a preliminary quote is based on an initial review of the data submitted, and does not constitute a commitment for financing nor a commitment as to rate or terms of the loan if financing is offered.
